- Managed VPS Hosting Services
- PK.dev provides managed VPS hosting services on servers from Alwyzon, Hetzner, or SpeedyPage providers.
- We will set up, configure, and maintain the server to ensure optimal performance, security, and uptime.
- Server-related issues, including updates, backups, and troubleshooting, are covered as part of our service.
- Payment and Billing
- The fees for WordPress development and VPS hosting services will be determined based on the scope of the project and the hosting package chosen.
- Payment terms and billing frequency will be outlined in the project contract or hosting agreement.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- PK.dev commits to providing a high level of service and support for both WordPress development and managed VPS hosting.

- Client Responsibilities

- PK.dev shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising from the use of our services.
- Governing Law
